Yes. Afriqahome is completely free for property buyers. You can browse listings, save properties, and contact agents without paying anything. We earn revenue from agent subscriptions and listing boosts — never from buyers.
We accept M-Pesa and card payments. Your subscription renews monthly and you can cancel anytime from your agent dashboard.
Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your agent dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. When you downgrade, you keep your current plan benefits until the end of the billing period.
You'll need to either remove an existing listing or upgrade to a higher plan to publish new ones. Your existing listings remain active — you just can't add more until you're within your limit.
Spotlight is a 7-day boost that gives your listing premium placement in search results. It's a one-time purchase per listing (KSh 2,000) and is available on all plans, including Ignite.
No. All plans, including Ignite (free), receive lead notifications when a buyer inquires about your listing. Paid plans add CRM tools to help you manage and track those leads more effectively.
Elevate agents receive Enhanced placement, meaning their listings appear higher in search results compared to Ignite agents. Dominate agents receive Premium placement — the highest visibility tier.
