About our listings
How listings appear on Afriqahome
A buyer searching a neighborhood should see everything for sale in it. Not the listings one platform managed to sign — everything. That is what Afriqahome is built to show, and it means listings reach us in two ways.
Listed directly
Agents and developers with an Afriqahome account publish their own listings, with their own photographs and descriptions. Buyers contact them through Afriqahome messaging, where contact details stay private until the buyer chooses to share them.
Indexed from public sources
When a developer or agency announces a project publicly, we index the facts: the name, the price range, the location, the bedroom count, and who is selling — and one photograph from that announcement, credited to the seller. Full galleries and descriptions belong to the seller, so those appear when the seller connects with Afriqahome. Every indexed listing names the company selling it. When a buyer is interested, they register that interest with us, and we hold their details for the seller.
If it is your listing
Connecting is free. You get your own page with your photographs and your copy, and buyer inquiries come to you through Afriqahome messaging. Write to info@afriqahome.com from your company address. It is live within one working day.
If you want a listing removed
Email info@afriqahome.com with the link. Gone within 24 hours, and we do not index that source again unless you ask us to. No form. No account. No argument.
Three things we never do
- We never publish a way to contact a seller who has not agreed to it.
- We never mark an indexed listing as verified.
- We never charge buyers anything.
