How we work
Field-first
We do not learn the Kenyan market from a dashboard. We meet agents where they work — Kilimani, Kileleshwa, Lavington — and we write down what we actually saw.
Small team, real ownership
Two roles, and nobody between them and the founder. You will own a whole area, not a ticket queue — the credit is yours, and so is the problem when it breaks.
